You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your password, and use a strong, unique password wherever possible. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately so we can help secure it.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, being used fraudulently, or violating these terms.
All course materials (videos, PDFs, prompts, audio, and exercises) are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our name, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access and/or legal action where appropriate.
Laughter practice is generally safe, but it is optional and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are uncertain whether an activity is appropriate for you—especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or experience symptoms such as dizziness, chest pain, or shortness of breath—consult your clinician before participating.
Listen to your body and adjust intensity at any time. You may pause, rest, or stop whenever you need.
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be displayed where required. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method.
If a session or product is not as described, please contact support within 14 days of purchase. We’ll review your request and provide assistance, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate and permitted by law.
You agree not to misuse the services. This includes attempting to access non-public areas, scraping in a way that harms performance, bypassing security controls, distributing malware, or interfering with other users’ experience.
If we determine that your conduct is harmful, unlawful, or violates these terms, we may restrict or terminate access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant purchase in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting a notice on the site). The updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the services after the effective date of the updated terms indicates acceptance of the changes.
